プライバシーポリシー(縦長スクショ)

「縦長スクショ」(英語名: Long Shot。以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者(以下「当方」)が提供するAndroid向けアプリです。スクロールする画面を自動でスクロールしながら撮影し、1枚の縦長の画像につなげて保存します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 撮影した画像の取り扱い

• 本アプリは、利用者が「撮影開始」を押したときにだけ、画面のスクリーンショットを取得します。画面に表示されている内容(他のアプリの画面を含む。他の人からのメッセージや口座の情報などが表示されている場合は、それも)が画像に写ります。
• 取得した画像のつなぎ合わせ・保存は、すべてお使いの端末の中だけで行います。画像と画面の内容は、当方のサーバーにも、第三者にも送信されません。広告や分析にも使いません。
• 撮影後、保存の前に、アプリ専用の一時領域に画像を置いてプレビューを表示します。「保存」を選ぶと端末のPictures/ScrollCaptureフォルダに保存し、「キャンセル」を選ぶと一時領域の画像を削除します。
• 本アプリは、画面の文字や画面上の部品(ボタンなど)の内容を読み取りません。取得するのは、撮影した画像だけです。
• 保存した画像の取り扱いには、ご注意ください。他の人の情報が写っている場合があります。

2. ユーザー補助(アクセシビリティ)サービスの利用

• 本アプリは、AndroidのAccessibilityService(ユーザー補助サービス)を使います。目的は、スクロールする画面を縦長の1枚の画像にすることだけです。
• このサービスで行うことは、次の3つです。(1) 利用者が「撮影開始」を押したときに、画面のスクリーンショットを取得する。(2) 画面をスクロールするため、上方向へのスワイプ操作を送る。(3) 撮影中、画面を少し暗くする表示と、キャンセルボタンを表示する。
• このサービスの許可を求める前に、本アプリの中で、利用目的と取得するデータを説明し、利用者の同意を確認します。同意しない場合は、設定画面への案内を行いません。
• ユーザー補助サービスは、端末の設定からいつでも停止できます。
• 他のアプリが画面の撮影を禁止している場合(画面保護)は、Androidの仕組みにより撮影できません。本アプリはこれを回避しません。

3. 端末への保存

撮影した画像は、端末のPictures/ScrollCaptureフォルダに保存されます。このほか、本アプリは、テーマ・フォント・言語の設定と、PREMIUMの購入状態を、端末内に保存します。これらも当方のサーバーには送信されません。

4. 広告(Google AdMob)

• 本アプリは、広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。広告は、本アプリ自身の画面にのみ表示します。ホーム画面・設定画面の下のバナー広告のほか、撮影が成功した後、プレビューを表示する前に、閉じることのできる全画面の広告(動画を含む)を表示することがあります。他のアプリの上や、撮影中には広告を表示せず、撮影した画像や画面の内容を広告に使うこともありません。
• AdMob は広告配信のため、広告識別子(Advertising ID)や端末情報などを取得する場合があります。
• Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google 広告ポリシーおよびGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• 法令により必要な地域(欧州経済領域・英国・米国の一部の州など)では、広告を表示する前に同意管理のフォーム(Google の User Messaging Platform)が表示され、ご自身の選択に基づいて広告が配信されます。同意の選択は、設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できる場合があります。
• PREMIUM(有料プラン)に登録すると、広告は表示されなくなります。

5. 課金・サブスクリプション(RevenueCat)

• PREMIUMプラン(月額・年額)の購入・購読状態の管理には RevenueCat を利用しています。購入時、商品ID・購入日時・購読状態などの情報が RevenueCat に送信され、購読の有効性の確認に使用されます。
• 決済処理自体は Google Play が行い、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当方や RevenueCat が直接取得することはありません。
• 詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

6. 第三者への情報提供

上記(Google AdMob、RevenueCat / Google Play の決済処理)以外の目的で、取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。撮影した画像と画面の内容は、いかなる第三者にも提供しません。

7. お子様のご利用について

本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではありません。

8. データの削除について

• 保存した画像は、端末のギャラリーやファイル管理アプリから、いつでも削除できます。保存前の一時的な画像は、「保存」または「キャンセル」を選ぶと削除されます。
• 本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内の設定・購入状態の記録は削除されます。撮影・保存した画像は、Picturesフォルダに残る場合があるので、必要に応じて削除してください。これらのデータは当方のサーバーには送信されていないため、削除後に当方側に残るデータはありません。
• 広告配信のため AdMob が取得する広告識別子は、端末の設定(Android: 設定→プライバシー→広告)から、リセットまたは削除のリクエストができます。
• PREMIUM購読の状態は、氏名やメールアドレスなど特定の個人と結びつく情報を含まない匿名の識別子として RevenueCat 上に保持されています。特定のお問い合わせ元とこの記録を照合する手段がないため、個別の削除リクエストにはお応えできません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更や機能追加に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を持ちます。

"Long Shot" (Japanese name: 縦長スクショ; "the App") is an Android app provided by the developer ("we", "us"). It scrolls the screen automatically while capturing it and joins the captures into one tall image. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Captured images

• The App takes screenshots only when you tap "Start capture". Whatever is shown on the screen appears in the image, including other apps (and, if shown, other people's messages or account information).
• Stitching and saving the captured images happen only on your device. Images and screen contents are never sent to our servers or to any third party, and are not used for ads or analytics.
• After capturing, before saving, the image is held in the App's private temporary storage and shown as a preview. If you choose "Save", it is saved to the Pictures/ScrollCapture folder on your device; if you choose "Cancel", the temporary image is deleted.
• The App does not read the text or the elements (such as buttons) on the screen. The only data it takes is the captured image.
• Please handle saved images with care, as they may show other people's information.

2. Use of the Accessibility service

• The App uses Android's AccessibilityService. Its only purpose is to turn a scrolling screen into one tall image.
• The service does three things: (1) takes a screenshot when you tap "Start capture"; (2) sends an upward swipe to scroll the screen; (3) while capturing, shows an overlay that slightly dims the screen and a Cancel button.
• Before asking for this permission, the App explains its purpose and the data it takes, and asks for your consent. If you do not agree, the App does not guide you to the settings screen.
• You can turn the Accessibility service off at any time in your device settings.
• If another app prevents screenshots of its screen (screen protection), Android does not allow the capture. The App does not work around this.

3. Data stored on your device

Captured images are saved to the Pictures/ScrollCapture folder on your device. The App also stores your theme, font and language settings and your PREMIUM purchase status on your device. This is not sent to our servers either.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

• The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Ads are shown only inside the App's own screens: a banner at the bottom of the home and settings screens and, after a capture succeeds and before the preview is shown, a full-screen ad (which may include video) that you can close. Ads are never shown on top of other apps or while capturing, and captured images and screen contents are never used for ads.
• AdMob may collect information such as the advertising identifier and device information for ad delivery.

• In regions where the law requires it (such as the European Economic Area, the UK and some US states), a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) is shown before ads are requested, and ads are served according to your choice. Where available, you can change your choice from "Ad privacy settings" on the settings screen.
• Ads are removed when you subscribe to PREMIUM.

5. Subscriptions and billing (RevenueCat)

• PREMIUM subscriptions (monthly and yearly) are managed through RevenueCat. Purchase information (product ID, purchase date, subscription status) is sent to RevenueCat to validate your subscription.
• Payment itself is processed by Google Play; neither we nor RevenueCat directly receive your payment card details.

6. Third-party sharing

We do not share or sell collected information to third parties other than as described above (Google AdMob, RevenueCat / Google Play billing). Captured images and screen contents are never shared with any third party.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children.

8. Deleting your data

• Saved images can be deleted at any time from your device's gallery or file manager. The temporary image used for the preview is deleted when you choose "Save" or "Cancel".
• Uninstalling the App deletes the settings and purchase-status records on your device. Images you captured and saved may remain in the Pictures folder, so delete them yourself if needed. Since this data was never sent to our servers, nothing remains with us after deletion.
• The advertising identifier collected by AdMob can be reset or its collection limited from your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Your PREMIUM subscription status is stored in RevenueCat under an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any other identifying information. Because we have no way to match this record to a specific inquiry, we are unable to fulfill individual deletion requests for it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed to reflect legal requirements or new features. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

10. Managing Your Subscription
