プライバシーポリシー(ゆびさすコンパス)

「ゆびさすコンパス」(以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者(以下「当方」)が提供するiOS/Android向けアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 位置情報(現在地)

• 本アプリは、現在地から目的地への方位・距離を計算するために、端末の位置情報(GPS等)へのアクセスを利用します。
• 取得した位置情報は方位・距離の計算にその場で使用されるのみで、端末内に保存されることも、当方のサーバーへ送信されることもありません。
• 初回起動時などに、この現在地の緯度経度が「自分の国」の判定を補正する目的で OpenStreetMap の Nominatim サービスへ送信される場合があります。詳細は「4. 位置情報・住所とOpenStreetMap Nominatim」をご確認ください。

2. 登録した場所のデータ(呼び名・住所・座標・種類・コンパス針の画像等)

• 本アプリに登録した場所の呼び名・住所・緯度経度・種類(タグ)、お気に入り、言語・フォント・テーマ等の各種設定、および場所ごとに設定したコンパス針用の画像は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには一切送信されません。
• アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの端末内データは削除されます。
• 「バックアップ」機能で作成したバックアップ一式(登録した場所のデータおよび添付のコンパス針画像を含む)は、ユーザー自身が指定した保存先(端末のストレージ等)に専用フォルダを作成して書き出されます。当方や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。呼び名・住所・座標等のデータ本体はユーザーが設定したパスワードで暗号化されますが、添付のコンパス針画像(写真)は暗号化せずそのままのファイルとして同じフォルダ内に保存されます。

3. 通知(ローカル通知)

• 本アプリは、恵方・彼岸や、ご自身が登録した場所について「一回だけ・毎日・毎週・毎年」のスケジュールで通知を予約できる機能を備えています。通知の予約・発火はお使いの端末内で完結する処理であり、通知の内容や設定が当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
• 通知機能の利用には、端末側での通知許可が必要です。許可しない場合でも、通知機能以外の機能は通常どおりご利用いただけます。

4. 位置情報・住所とOpenStreetMap Nominatim

• 場所を登録する際に入力した住所・地名の文字列は、緯度経度に変換するために OpenStreetMap の Nominatim ジオコーディングサービスへ送信されます。
• 上記「1. 位置情報(現在地)」のとおり、現在地の緯度経度も、その地点が属する国を判定するために同じ Nominatim サービスへ送信される場合があります(逆ジオコーディング)。
• OpenStreetMapによる情報の取り扱いについては、OpenStreetMap Foundation のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. 広告(Google AdMob)

• 本アプリは広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は広告配信のため、広告識別子(Advertising ID)等の情報を取得する場合があります。
• Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google 広告ポリシーおよびGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• PREMIUM(有料プラン)にアップグレードすると、広告は非表示になります。

6. 課金・サブスクリプション(RevenueCat)

• PREMIUMプランの購入・購読状態の管理には RevenueCat を利用しています。購入時、商品ID・購入日時・購読状態などの情報が RevenueCat に送信され、購読の有効性確認に使用されます。
• 決済処理自体は Google Play / App Store が行い、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当方や RevenueCat が直接取得することはありません。

7. 第三者への情報提供

上記(OpenStreetMap Nominatim、Google AdMob、RevenueCat/Google Play・App Store の決済処理)以外の目的で、取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

8. お子様のご利用について

本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更や機能追加に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を持ちます。

Privacy Policy (Point Compass)

"Point Compass" ("the App") is provided for iOS/Android by the developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Location (current position)

• The App uses your device's location (GPS, etc.) to calculate the bearing and distance from your current position to a destination.
• Location data is used only in the moment to perform that calculation — it is never stored on the device or sent to our servers.
• On first launch and similar occasions, your current coordinates may be sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to refine which country is detected as your home country. See "4. Location, address search, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim" for details.

2. Registered place data (name, address, coordinates, categories, compass needle images, etc.)

• All data you register in the App — a place's name, address, coordinates, and categories, your favorites, language/font/theme settings, and any custom compass needle image you set for a place — is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
• Uninstalling the App deletes this on-device data.
• Backup files created with the in-app "Backup" feature (including your registered places and any attached compass needle images) are written only to the location you choose on your own device or storage. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. Your registered-place data (name, address, coordinates, etc.) is encrypted with the password you set; any attached compass needle images are saved as plain, unencrypted files in the same folder.

3. Notifications (local device notifications)

• The App lets you schedule local notifications — for the equinox/higan direction and for places you register — on a one-time, daily, weekly, or yearly schedule. Scheduling and firing these notifications happens entirely on your device; no notification content or settings are sent to our servers.
• Using this feature requires you to grant notification permission on your device. If you don't grant it, every other feature of the App still works normally.

4. Location, address search, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim

• When you register a place, the address or place name you type is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim geocoding service to convert it into coordinates.
• As noted in "1. Location (current position)" above, your current coordinates may also be sent to the same Nominatim service to determine which country they fall within (reverse geocoding).

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

• The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect information such as the advertising identifier for ad delivery.
• See Google's Advertising Policy and Privacy Policy for details.
• Ads are removed when you upgrade to PREMIUM.

6. Subscriptions and billing (RevenueCat)

• PREMIUM subscription management is handled through RevenueCat. Purchase information (product ID, purchase date, subscription status) is sent to RevenueCat to validate your subscription.
• Payment itself is processed by Google Play / the App Store; neither we nor RevenueCat directly receive your payment card details.

7. Third-party sharing

We do not share or sell collected information to third parties other than as described above (OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Google AdMob, RevenueCat / Google Play & App Store billing).

8. Children

The App is not directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed to reflect legal requirements or new features. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
