プライバシーポリシー(めものわ)

「めものわ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者(以下「当方」)が提供するiOS/Android向けの手書きキャンバスアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 描いた絵・設定の取り扱い

• 本アプリで描いた絵、背景に設定した画像、各種の設定(言語・カラーテーマ・フォントなど)は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには一切送信されません。本アプリにはアカウント登録がありません。
• アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの端末内データは削除されます。
• 「バックアップ」機能(Android)で作成したバックアップファイルは、ユーザー自身が指定した保存先(端末のストレージ等)にのみ書き出されます。当方や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

2. 共同編集(近くの人との通信)

• 共同編集は、近くにいる端末どうしが直接通信する機能で、インターネット接続は必要ありません。Androidでは、Googleの近距離通信(Nearby Connections)を使い、Bluetooth・Wi-Fiなど端末の無線機能で通信します。iOSでは、同じWi-Fiネットワークにいる端末どうしが通信します。
• 描いた線のデータ、背景の設定と画像、参加者を区別するための端末内の識別子は、共同編集に参加している相手の端末にのみ送られます。当方のサーバーを経由せず、当方がこれらを取得することはありません。
• 参加用のQRコードには、ホストの端末を見つけるためのランダムな呼び名(8文字のコード)だけが含まれます(iOSでは、ホストの端末のネットワーク上の住所(IPアドレス)が含まれ、参加する人に共有されます)。
• 接続は4桁のパスワードで確認します。本アプリは、通信内容の独自の暗号化は行っていません。信頼できない相手とは共同編集しないでください。
• 共同編集の相手に見せたくない内容は、共同編集を始める前に消してください。参加した人の端末には、その時点の絵が保存されます。

3. カメラ・写真・近くのデバイス・位置情報などへのアクセス

• カメラ: 共同編集の参加用QRコードを読み取るためにのみ利用します。撮影した映像・画像は保存も送信もしません。
• 写真(読み取り): 背景に使う画像を選ぶとき、ユーザーが選んだ1枚の画像だけを読み取り、本アプリ内に縮小して保存します。写真全体を取得することはありません。
• 写真(書き込み): 「保存」ボタンを押したときにだけ、描いた絵を端末の写真に書き込みます。既存の写真を読み取ることはありません。
• 近くのデバイス・Bluetooth(Android): 共同編集で、近くの端末を見つけてつなぐためにのみ利用します。
• 位置情報(Android): Androidの近距離通信が、近くの端末を探すために、位置情報の許可を求めます。本アプリは、現在地を取得・保存・送信しません。なお、広告配信のために、Google AdMobがおおよその位置情報を扱う場合があります(4を参照)。
• ローカルネットワーク(iOS): 共同編集で、同じWi-Fi内の端末と通信するために利用します。

4. 広告(Google AdMob)

• 本アプリは広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は広告配信のため、広告識別子(Advertising ID)や、おおよその位置情報などの情報を取得する場合があります。
• Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google 広告ポリシーおよびGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• PREMIUM(有料プラン)にアップグレードすると、広告は非表示になります。

5. 課金・サブスクリプション(RevenueCat)

• PREMIUMプランの購入・購読状態の管理には RevenueCat を利用しています。購入時、商品ID・購入日時・購読状態などの情報が RevenueCat に送信され、購読の有効性確認に使用されます。
• 決済処理自体は Google Play / App Store が行い、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当方や RevenueCat が直接取得することはありません。
• 詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

6. 第三者への情報提供

上記(Google AdMob、RevenueCat/Google Play・App Store の決済処理、およびユーザー自身が行う共同編集での相手の端末への送信)以外の目的で、取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

7. 対象年齢について

本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではありません。当方は13歳未満の方から個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。

8. データの削除について

• 本アプリで描いた絵は、設定画面の「全消去」でいつでも削除できます。背景に設定した画像は、背景を「今の背景」や「方眼紙」に変えると削除されます。
• すべてのデータを一度に削除したい場合は、本アプリをアンインストールしてください。端末内に保存されている絵・画像・設定はすべて即座に削除されます。これらのデータは元々当方のサーバーには一切送信されていないため、削除後に当方側に残るデータはありません。
• 広告配信のためAdMobが取得する広告識別子は、端末の設定(Android: 設定→プライバシー→広告)からリセットまたは削除をリクエストできます。
• PREMIUM購読の状態は、氏名やメールアドレスなど特定の個人と結びつく情報を含まない匿名の識別子としてRevenueCat上に保持されています。特定のお問い合わせ元とこの記録を照合する手段がないため、個別の削除リクエストにはお応えできません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更や機能追加に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を持ちます。

Privacy Policy (Memonowa)

"Memonowa" (めものわ, "the App") is a handwriting canvas app for iOS/Android provided by the developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Your drawings and settings

• The drawings you make, any image you set as a background, and your settings (language, color theme, font, etc.) are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. The App has no account registration.
• Uninstalling the App deletes this on-device data.
• Backup files created with the in-app "Backup" feature (Android) are written only to the location you choose on your own device or storage. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third party.

2. Shared drawing (communication with nearby people)

• Shared drawing is a feature in which devices that are near each other communicate directly, and it does not need an internet connection. On Android it uses Google's Nearby Connections, communicating over the device's radios such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. On iOS, devices on the same Wi-Fi network communicate with each other.
• Stroke data, the background setting and image, and an on-device identifier used to tell participants apart are sent only to the devices of the people taking part. They do not pass through our servers, and we do not receive them.
• The QR code used to join contains only a random name (an 8-character code) for finding the host's device. (On iOS it contains the host device's network address (IP address), which is therefore shared with the people who join.)
• The connection is checked with a 4-digit password. The App does not apply its own encryption to the communication. Do not use shared drawing with people you do not trust.
• Erase anything you do not want others to see before starting shared drawing. People who join keep a copy of the drawing from that point on their devices.

3. Access to camera, photos, nearby devices, location and more

• Camera: used only to scan the QR code for joining a shared drawing. Nothing it captures is saved or sent.
• Photos (reading): when you choose a background image, only the single image you select is read and saved, shrunk, inside the App. We do not access your whole photo library.
• Photos (writing): your drawing is written to your Photos only when you tap "Save". The App does not read your existing photos.
• Nearby devices / Bluetooth (Android): used only to find and connect to nearby devices during shared drawing.
• Location (Android): Android's nearby-device communication asks for the location permission in order to look for nearby devices. The App does not read, store or send your current location. Note that Google AdMob may handle approximate location for ad delivery (see section 4).
• Local network (iOS): used to communicate with devices on the same Wi-Fi during shared drawing.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

• The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect information such as the advertising identifier and approximate location for ad delivery.
• See Google's Advertising Policy and Privacy Policy for details.
• Ads are removed when you upgrade to PREMIUM.

5. Subscriptions and billing (RevenueCat)

• PREMIUM subscription management is handled through RevenueCat. Purchase information (product ID, purchase date, subscription status) is sent to RevenueCat to validate your subscription.
• Payment itself is processed by Google Play / the App Store; neither we nor RevenueCat directly receive your payment card details.

6. Third-party sharing

We do not share or sell collected information to third parties other than as described above (Google AdMob, RevenueCat / Google Play & App Store billing, and the devices of people you choose to draw with in shared drawing).

7. Age

The App is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Deleting your data

• The drawing you make in the App can be deleted at any time with "Clear all" in Settings. A background image is deleted when you change the background to "Current background" or "Grid paper".
• To delete all data at once, simply uninstall the App. All drawings, images and settings stored on your device are deleted immediately. Since this data was never sent to our servers in the first place, nothing remains with us after deletion.
• The advertising identifier collected by AdMob can be reset or its collection limited from your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
• Your PREMIUM subscription status is stored in RevenueCat under an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any other identifying information. Because we have no way to match this record to a specific inquiry, we are unable to fulfill individual deletion requests for it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed to reflect legal requirements or new features. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
