プライバシーポリシー(ぺっときろく)

「ぺっときろく」(以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者(以下「当方」)が提供するiOS/Android向けアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 記録データの取り扱い(体重・体調・環境記録、ペットのプロフィール等)

• 本アプリに登録したペットのプロフィール、体重・体調・排泄・食事・環境などの記録、リマインダーやテーマ設定などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには一切送信されません。
• アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの端末内データは削除されます。
• 「バックアップ」機能で作成したバックアップは、ユーザー自身が指定した保存先(端末のストレージ等)にのみ書き出されます。当方や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。記録データ(ペットのプロフィール・体重・体調などの記録内容)はユーザーが設定したパスワードで暗号化されますが、添付されている写真・動画は暗号化されずそのまま保存されます。

2. 写真・動画へのアクセス(カメラ・フォトライブラリ)

• 本アプリは、記録に写真・動画を添付するためにカメラおよびフォトライブラリへのアクセスを利用します。アクセスは記録の作成時にユーザーが操作した場合にのみ発生します。
• 撮影・選択した写真・動画はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

3. 通知(リマインダー)

• お薬・給餌などのリマインダー通知は、すべて端末内のスケジュール機能によって表示されます。通知のために外部のサーバーへ情報を送信することはありません。

4. 広告(Google AdMob)

• 本アプリは広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMob は広告配信のため、広告識別子(Advertising ID)等の情報を取得する場合があります。
• Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google 広告ポリシーおよびGoogle プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• PREMIUM(有料プラン)にアップグレードすると、広告は非表示になります。

5. 課金・サブスクリプション(RevenueCat)

• PREMIUMプランの購入・購読状態の管理には RevenueCat を利用しています。購入時、商品ID・購入日時・購読状態などの情報が RevenueCat に送信され、購読の有効性確認に使用されます。
• 決済処理自体は Google Play / App Store が行い、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当方や RevenueCat が直接取得することはありません。

6. 第三者への情報提供

上記(Google AdMob、RevenueCat/Google Play・App Store の決済処理)以外の目的で、取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

7. お子様のご利用について

本アプリは子供を主な対象としたアプリではありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

法令の変更や機能追加に伴い、本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を持ちます。

Privacy Policy (Pet Notebook)

"Pet Notebook" ("the App") is provided for iOS/Android by the developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.

1. Records (weight, health, environment logs, pet profiles, etc.)

• All data you register in the App — pet profiles, weight/health/waste/feeding/environment records, reminder settings, theme preferences, etc. — is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
• Uninstalling the App deletes this on-device data.
• Backups created with the in-app "Backup" feature are written only to the location you choose on your own device or storage. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. Your record data (pet profiles, weight, health logs, etc.) is encrypted with the password you set, but attached photos and videos are saved as-is, without encryption.

2. Photo and video access (camera and photo library)

• The App uses the camera and photo library to let you attach photos and videos to records. Access only occurs when you take that action while creating a record.
• Photos and videos you capture or select are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Notifications

• Reminder notifications (for medication, feeding, etc.) are shown via on-device scheduling. No information is sent to an external server for notifications.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

• The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect information such as the advertising identifier for ad delivery.

• Ads are removed when you upgrade to PREMIUM.

5. Subscriptions and billing (RevenueCat)

• PREMIUM subscription management is handled through RevenueCat. Purchase information (product ID, purchase date, subscription status) is sent to RevenueCat to validate your subscription.
• Payment itself is processed by Google Play / the App Store; neither we nor RevenueCat directly receive your payment card details.

6. Third-party sharing

We do not share or sell collected information to third parties other than as described above (Google AdMob, RevenueCat / Google Play & App Store billing).

7. Children

The App is not directed at children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed to reflect legal requirements or new features. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
